About Us

Antonio Pasulo was born in Brindisi, Puglia, Italy. He moved to the United States in 1978 after graduating from the culinary school in Luzon, Switzerland. He enjoyed tremendous successes with his Piccolo Sogno and Villa Arturo restaurants in New Jersey. In 2002, he moved south to begin a new chapter here. He envisioned a restaurant that would provide guests with reasonably priced food of exceptional quality, served with old world service.

In early 2003, Antonio formally opened the “Pasta Grill and Seafood Restaurant”.

He blends his fresh pasta and sauces into delectable entrees that showcase true Italian cuisine with a flair found nowhere else on the Emerald Coast. Each entree is meticulously made to order, even using the fresh basil and rosemary grown on the premises.

In 2007, Antonio realized another long time dream. A true Italian bakery, “Antonio’s Bakery”, opened. Italian bakers get up early in the morning to design and bake fresh European breads, to craft fine deserts and cakes and to make gelato from their own recipe.

In 2008, a Deli service was added in the bakery. Sandwiches using the bakery breads and high quality Boar’s Head meats are now available. A free Wifi service is provided in the bakery deli.

In February of 2009 the Cafe was opened. It is located in between the Bakery outlet and the Restaurant. Here, in a lighter setting, we serve breakfasts, sandwiches, soup-and-salad, and pizzas.
